I have just finished watching the ep where Seema Dutta tells Viaan that she doesn't know his father. After my recent traumatic experience with TB and nonsensical plots🤣, I absolutely loved this ep of KA especially the following:

- PapaG telling Reet to look after her children🤣

- Viaan saying that he needs to forgive and let go of his past for his sake and that of Katha's.

- The whole scene with Seema Dutta. The acting was really good in that scene.

Give me boring KA any day over shows where writers come up with nonsensical plots to generate hype.

shalzie, I have seen those shows where teh sindoor plate will do some whirlwind rotation like a drone gone crazy and then fall on teh ground and with perfect physics precision, the sindoor will fall only on the FL's head and not the girlfriend and FL is accidentally married. am at a phase where I would rather laugh such nonsense because that would atleast be funny. 🤣🤣 no one I repeat is expecting logic or any amount of sanity in such serials. FL falling in love with ant turned ML? sure. or gorilla professing love for FL because we need a localized King Kong. why not! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

those shows are hysterically bad. you are watching for the comedy factor because tehy are so absurd. we all know what we are in for when we are watching these dumb shows.

here, the makers promised us an intense passionate love hate story. instead we have CEO playing ayah for no reason at all. doesn't the guy have meetings to attend to? to make sure the dubai heritage project is working out? apparently none of that matters. if they had sense, they would have shown viaan calling his head servant and asking if they can send one of the servants over to amrita so she can take a break. or even better, just call one of the agencies and hire a nanny/ayah who will come in for the day and say "amrita I understand you are feeling overwhelmed. this is my little gift to you" -- that kind of action would have been so much more impactful. instead, we had the bakwas stuff that I can't even watch on FF mode. it is that much cringe.

am just waiting for my pyramid. I don't even trust vanya or seema to stir the pot. everyone wants to be goody goody and not create drama in this serial. tsk. tsk.

me too! thats one of the reasons I get so frustrated with the show because we had a blast. we were laughing and discussing seriously at the same time. the forum was so entertaining.

I feel that if we stopped ranting, literally this forum will end up with hardly any interactions at all because people don't have anything in terms of reaction while watching. it is that boring and bad at the moment.

I love babies but if I see that baby & Viaan’s misty eyes again in one more epi I quit. If I cringe any more I will fold up into a baby sized ball myself.

I blame twitter for the situation we find ourselves in. I wish audience feedback did not have such easy access. Makers keep deviating from their initial plan to try to please everyone. It's simply not possible!

I realised that Viaan is wearing these glossy shirts to make us understand that his life is not filled with darkness anymore. The light of the jugnus can be found in his shirts!

I haven't yet watched the ep on which you have commented. So, I can't contribute much for now.

The last ep I watched .... Viaan is sitting in his car and trying to process that Seema Dutta doesn't remember his father. Katha calls him...the way that he said her name and both feeling each other over the phone really touched me. He gets sukoon from her. I understand that the obsession with babies are driving you guys crazy but according to Viaan, Katha can walk away from any feelings because of her son. Viaan wants to be prepared if ever Katha brings up Aarav as a barrier. These writers are not so crazy M. Agreed they are stretching the scenes and overdoing it but at the same time, they are telling us that they are aware of this through Ehsan. The latter represents our reactions but the writers still feel that Viaan has to do things this way.

Most of the initial audience are gone because of unmet expectations. The story did not turn out the way we expected but I still feel that it is better compared to any ITV show currently. Can't you guys accept the new Viaan? Maybe don't watch the eps on a daily basis but binge-watch like I am doing. Honestly, I am loving the whole process of catching up on the eps. The flow also comes across better.

Thanks for the tag mango ji Agree with Shalzie that KA ATM is undisputedly the most non-toxic TV serial RN(after going through PTV serials as well)😉 but that doesn't mean they can keechify the serial like the asha chocolate wrapper stretching challenge we had in childhood 😆🤣.

Coming back to Viaan 2.0 sadly the makers through Ehsan confirmed that they want to go only with this version and no rollback 😔 😟

I want to see kaviaa story to pick up soon and would like the story to pick pace or atleast make it exciting for me to watch and rewatch the episodes.

They seem to be following this strange odd even rule of Viaan's papa wali track one week and then Viaan ki papa wali track the other week aisa chal raha hai filhaal Kahi achaanak se viaan ki papa na tapak pade ab🤣

Maybe I am naive but I still see glimpses of the old Viaan. Once MamaR's truth will be out, I hope that you guys get your doom tana moments and intense Viaan.

I also miss Abdali and Mr Pyramid.

I understand the comment about accepting the upgrade to the nonsense but rsrockz will understand from where I am coming based on the utter nonsense which I have been subjected to in another show. I will take initial ONS Raghuvanshi with his new sappy self and glossy shirts any day! I feel like someone who is appreciating her daal chawal🤣

@Shalzie Murtu ko dhoka de hi diya aapne🤣use apne shawl mein wahi Mountain pe chod diya aapne😉 I'm not looking for a dhoom tanana moment, but definitely miss the assertive Viaan and with all the wisdom that iss time isse jyaada kuch nahi mil sakta😄 phir bhi I can't take too much sweet, so thoda spice in the present track, thoda excitement, thodi suspense and finally I want to see Kaviaan union and their challenges of being together. Even if that takes Mr.pyramid or abdali to be back bring em on🤣

same! this track makes no sense to me especially within the Indian context. like I mentioned in a post on mili's thread, this feels like some firangi inspired Indian show at the moment.

I literally don't understand why he doesn't just hire a nanny/ayah. forget teji and farah but these men are rich. so rich that viaan had 1 crore plus lying in cash around his house that he could give to katha during the one night stand.

he obviously has servants and this is some rich house that the servants are dressed in fancy uniform. why on earth are they asking katha? why not just call one of the servants and ask them to get someone to watch the baby for a while or help out?

otherwise, there are agencies where you can call and hire a nanny for the month or two. there are also agencies where you can hire nurse aids as well.

the entire arc feels like it is set somewhere abroad where you don't have servants and relatives helping out in the house when there is a newborn. I can understand this arc if the setting was different but this drama is based in mumbai.

the whole thing is supposed to show off how viaan has father vibes and that is supposed to move katha's needle. rather than romantic, that just feels cringe. I neither find it cute nor relatable.

viaan has no job that he leaves office to babysit? what kind of CEO is he? 🤦

so the father of the baby has no time, the grandmother is too sick but some random friend will leave office during the day to come babysit a newborn. right, eye roll. 🙄🙄🙄

@bold, says all there is to be said. I read the update, no way am I going to watch something like this. Even the ayahs from the hospital will be willing to help.

Someone with absolutely no idea of being around a baby has decided he will “help” 🙄 and a new mom is ok with it? I would put this person on the back bench or have him vacuum and wash clothes. And Viaan fed the baby? Seriously? New mom had the bottle ready and went to sleep!! I would like to meet one healthy mom who can sleep so much and not be involved for hours. They might as well take this off air. Nothing cute about it. Just utter rubbish.

And Katha! Her 8year old is blanking out in the exam hall, has anxiety and fear and instead of being at home as much as possible with him and working on those issues, she wants to hang around Viaan wiping his nose and giving baby-care instructions.

I did not leave Murtu behind but I draw the line at certain things. This whole debacle has made me appreciate KA even more! I am fine with the lack of spice for now. At least, I do not lose my peace of mind while watching this nor do I feel like pulling on my own hair🤣have some faith. The Kaviaan ship has already taken off. Our Viaan will be successful 😊
