I think she is a 1973 November born, meaning she is just some months away from hitting 50... Unless she is one of those rare women who hit menopause post 50, it is highly unlikely that she can be (naturally) pregnant..

In my opinion, all her recent weight gain (especially around past couple of years) is the result of hormonal imbalance that women that have neared or already hit that phase go through..
