Panki is not available at all places here. Even in Ahmedabad only one authentic Gujju restaurant has it on their menu. It tastes so nice. ❤️ Not spicy, not bland but it gives totally shudhh n satvik vibe.

So finally I tried maggi pakoda today and to my surprise it tasted pretty good! 😲

My sister described it as "has similar flavours of manchurian"!

Outer layer was very crispy and inner one was soft, it felt like the already cooked maggie was mixed in normal onion pakoda's besan batter.

Have you guys tried chinese samosa before? Flavours were very similar to it.

Ya..used to make it earlier..

Phir socha pehle se noodles banao..sprouts banaao..sabko ek saath stuff karke samosa banaao aur fry Karo..

Itni mehnat karne se to achha hai noodles aur sprouts alag alag kha lo
