Nothing new. These baseless claims have been around for past 4-5 mts. As per them, jo PH pichle 14 yrs se show chla raha hai usko pagal kutte me kata hai jo wo dikhaye ja raha hai cross pairs with 0 approval from (..drumroll..) online/non viewers 🤓

Personally i think yrkkh reach was limited to middle/upper middle class audience with suave looking characters and over the top portrayal of everything. But with the introduction of a character with whom lower middle class can also relate, they have widened their base.

Honestly I always find trp audience hard to comprehend. Most of the prime time shows have a rinse n repeat of plotlines. Still some perform better than others.

In this case I'll say yrkkh has taken a diff track. It was cliche before, but post-leap they've changed the tune slightly. The execution is poor or confusing at times, but it can't be denied that it's unpredictable. The popular daily soap nonsense of lead couple accidentally celebrating festivals, once a vamp forever a vamp, fl forever stuck dreaming of her toxic amar first love. All of these have been succesfully avoided here & trp audiences are still watching.

So yeah it might be as you suggested they formed connect with new people, or it might be bcos it enjoys support of legacy viewers, or it might be that people are open to seeing something different.

Agreed. I saw a poll posted by a fan with some 58% support to Abhira vs 20 % support to NaVara pair few weeks back. 58% support for romantic young couple pair getting max SS for 1.5 years (more than 600 episodes) and 20% support for no-physical touch, no dancing, parent couple being on screen just since 12- 14 weeks, tells you something.

I am a story shipper, so when that sinks, I' ll quit. 🙂

The one and only thing that made sense to me was Aarohi's conversation with Abhimanyu. I am not 100% sure whether she was being genuine or not (actually it felt really genuine seeing how she was looking at both Abhir and Roohi playing , adorably) but telling him to think for a second that he is trying to separate a child from his mother and Abhir is Akshara's zindagi fell on deaf ears. He said she is not that Akshara anymore but Mrs.Sharma. so everyone who is saying he is not jealous, I do think he is, which is coming out as anger, taunts and wanting to hurt her. How many ever times he argue he is fighting for Abhir's custody, it also has the maksad of hurting Akshara attached to it.

sure, today it was quite clear that abhi is not able to take it ki akshu use chod kar kisi aur ko kaise priority de sakti hai....that triggered him yesterday too..when akshu said that his love was selfish and self centered....and aaj to he was khul ke J

arohi ka I am toatlly not convinced....This time, what is good for akshu, suits her too...so she is being a sweet sister to her...warna , i dont think kis she cares abt akshu...

Your first para makes sense because After IPL this couple(Abhira) will unite for sure. I am having a strong feeling. Let's see.

Yeah Abhimanyu dialogues were bad and Aarohis good..lol this is the charm of yeh rishta. Don't know who is more bad character. It flips between these 4 leads based on the episode. Thankfully no real vamp like Ektas serials.

Again assumptions about trp Clearly not gonna debate these bogus claims bcos unfortunately I have written no thesis on this.

As to confusion, dkp is straight away giving Akshnav scenes.

If straight pair fans don't want to see what's shown & twist everything as per their narratives then ofc nothing can be done about that.
