Wrong information. Director himself said their first choice was yumna wahaj.

I am feeling bad for yumna..The way she is being crucified on social media without the episode being aired.The ppl who praised murtasim are now blaming her for ruining wahaj's repute.Not to mention other Fandom questioning her character for supporting misogyny and rape.Even so called fans are tagging her and writing vitriol.

I think ppl are not used to grey characters specially grey female leads.Everyone sees the characters based on their expectations and life experiences. Both the leads are extremely egoistic have anger issues and love and hate with equal measure and have same insecurities.

A man like murtasim will not assault the love of his life and then go searching her the next day

A woman like meerab will never go back to the man who ruins her.She will punish him instead.And running away will not be a punishment.

Nooran for all her crappy writing will always keep this in mind.Geo cut the promo dirty blame them but not the actors please.

Don't say things like this ... This will aggravate the hate towards the actress . She is already facing backlash for everything .....

He might says what some other men would have done n when she becomes nervous, he might have realised he scared her...

The conclusion I have come to:

1. Murtasim did rape her.

2. Murtasim was about to, but then stopped.

And if both of these are not true then

3. Promo is 100% misleading!

For the first 2 cases, I will never forgive murtasim and the makers for they have ruined the character, the show, the chemistry , the experience of watching ptv for us.

If the third part is true, then this has to be last project of NM and geo I am watching because using such sensitive topic just to gain some attention is so shallow.

And with respect to all the three cases, I genuinely regret watching this drama and reccomending it to people!

Also to people who say abhi kuch kaha nhi jaa sakti, guys just look at their faces, ye normal ladai wali shaklein nhi hai. Aisi shakal toh tab bhi nhi banayi jab murtasim slapped her nor when she took bullets out of his gun. It's clearly dupicts some sort of abuse, if then sexual and physical abuse it is, but it does imply abuse!

Haya's marzi dialogue hinted something happened against meerab will. I don't think MR.

But something happened. If it is divorce then why it is against of meerab wish. She misunderstood him,thought him as a cheater, ready to break the relationship. So how divorce is against her wish when she herself wanted to end it.

It’s not that she doesn’t trust him, she does and she even knows it is Haya’s doing. Mu really riled her up at the Walima by bringing up Rohail and calling her shameless and they both ended up taunting each other like 2 harmonal teenagers. So she was just spoiling for a fight and the hug instigated it and things just spiraled out of control in no time after that. Basically these both are in a very bad place and no wonder it’s bringing out the worst in them.

Scaring her to prove to her that contact never had any value and it was him who all along was waiting for her could make sense . Again it’s not attempting and stopping himself it’s proving her what she thinks about him ( all the she speaks how she was correct in making him sign her contract as he is bad person ) to show he is the one who upheld not piece of paper.
