Yes it actually is! And trust me it doesn't taste bad.. ofcourse can't compete with gajar halwa.. but if there was a competition of all kinds of halwas, lauki one won't come last, that's for sure! 😆

Like yaaa!! I just won't go far as to calling it a healthy option just because it's made of lauki. I mean like, I won't go khao khao, lauki ka hi bana hua hai, ekdum healthy.
