Consent is such a sensitive topic. There are men who back off when you tell them no and there are who don't. Satya should have sensed her discomfort ideally. But Sai has that morose face most of the time, he may not realize it. She pranked him in the hospital etc. So, he might assume she might be okay with the liberty he is taking.
