Yes. Both are adaptions. But Katha is handling it really well. They aren't copy pasting. A lot of things in Katha Ankahee are really different from the original show, 1001 Nights. The ML's redemption is very realistic, the FL is actually strong as well as empathetic & they aren't giving anybody a free pass, no love triangle. It has a very good, calming vibe right now. Nothing OTT. But GHKPM, inspite of being an adaption wasn't handled properly. The characters in Kusum Dola didn't flip as much as Chavans did, once they started liking the FL, it was constant, they even saw through their version of Paakhi's nonsense & started calling her out. Their Virat wasn't as ruined as GHKPM's Virat.

The promo should have been pyaar for vinu and farz as a daughter in law if they wanted some dramatic sounding stuff but this is plain cringe.

Also they are just tainting saiYa scenes as audience itself it’s uncomfortable to watch if Sai is uncomfortable as her consent is important even for friendly or buddy type touch

They are bent on keeping main theme...... ghum kisi ke pyar mein or farz kisi aur ke. Only time it was cute was, as Samrat mentioned once, when Virats pyar & farz were same.

We saw cringe of Virats farz. Now its Sais turn.

To show that this is not usual ITv show but both FL & ML are @ the center of story. Now Sai ka farz. We may have to brace for some more cringe

Also Satya after marriage yesterday asked Sai that if she want she can leave him that he is willing give her divorce after 2 days of marriage because Pakhi is out of picture and Sai want to go back to virat She can go at any point

I think soon we will get Sai blasting Satya that's why Satya was sleeping when Sai told him she is not comfortable in his touch.Satya may also misunderstand Sai becoz of that.There will be misunderstanding between SaiYa soon it seems becoz of that.Even if Sai falls for Satya I think Satya won't believe Sai loves him similar to Sai 's situation in SaiRat's marriage.

Precap is misleading.Vinu brought the saree for Sai not Virat so pyar vs farz aata kahase hai yaha.Maybe here Sai is talking about Vinu's love.Didn't in the shaadi promo Sai was talking about farz vs pyar but we didn't got anything in the episode so maybe the precap is misleading.

Correct that only I am trying to say. Show is full of negativity. Watch old shows. They are atleast showing some good stories.
