This is another example of inconsistent writing and character arc.

The Murtasim who is waqif with every small trait of Meerub's. He should know better that even if she has come for him, she is not going to suddenly hug him without having a war of words with him for leaving her in Karachi.

Even when he caught her at Rohail's house, she did not just crumble and say sorry to him. she explained her side to him assertively, without a shred of remorse (because in her head she had done no wrong).

How does he think, she (who has never let him get close to her physically) will suddenly hug him out of nowhere?

What nonsense writing is this? Nooran is making Murtasim and Meerub mere caricatures of what they started out like.

Not yet right.If he was smiling before that scene.It must be something which happened which made him think this way.Meerab was coming to the room as well so it's not like he was imagining it.

One more thing, if it was old meerab.She won't come back but this meerab who loves murtasim came back.

Give him a break.

He was not feeling well.He asked meerab to make khara for him but she showed her attitude.Then haya entered and gave him what he wanted but still because of meerab he did not take it.

@Bold: True. Even if they are on good terms she will first talk to him. Then may be try to clear out the misunderstanding then comes the romance. And that too I highly doubt she will take the first step in romance.

He knows Meerab but he has high hopes. In Episode 27, he said to Maa Begum 'Kabhi Kabhi insaan apni khwaisho ko apni khush fehmi samjhne lagta hai.' He did that.
