Maybe different genres of love stories. Ishq murshid might be a serious one and someone said it has political background. Pks and dobara also were love stories but entirely different from each other both in execution and vibe. Even though KA is not a love story his character's main focus is his love story with Aaliya.

Dobara was not a love story in anyway,it was just a cocept they wanted to show about an elder woman and young man marriage,which they failed miserably due to Mahir's character being such a trash.Pks was hardly a love story as well.But yeah,TMK will be more on the romcom side and ishq mursheed being a serious one,then it wont be much of an issue.

But not for other cases of Zee5 web series i remember Dhoop Ki Deewar Was Shot In 2020 and got released in 2021 same for shameem it was shot in 2020 and supposed to release on 2021 but got delayed due to covid and post production problem

Dhoop ki deewar was shot way earlier. Zee5 takes atleast an year to release a show after its done shooting. The one with fawad and Sanam Saeed also completed shooting a long time back and still not released thought it was screened in international series festival.

Dobara was definitely a love story. Mahir is a guy in his early 20s with messed up upbringing. Expecting him to be a perfect husband to a much older woman is unrealistic. He was bound to question his decision to spend his entire life with her at some point of time. What mattered is he overcame that doubt of his and realised he did love her. If i am correct neither of them got married solely because of love. Mehru's money and mahir being a young good looking guy played a huge role in both of their decisions. Mehru wanted to relive her youth which was stolen from her through a younger guy and mahir wanted to live a luxurious life which he never had. Mehru could have easily found a guy around her same age and gotten married to him but she liked how young and carefree mahir made her feel. Mahir also liked the easy life he will get through marrying mehru. I wouldn't have minded if mehru met a guy around her age who is more matured and sophisticated than mahir and she questioned her decision to marry mahir. Thinking about an alternative future is in every human's nature and it's very understandable with couples with such big age difference.

there was a lack of proper developement in the character,there was hardly any consistency,he married her for money but cut to the next scene he is already shown responsible and lovey dovey towards his wife,how that happened was not shown,he turned over a new leaf from the very moment of their marriage,which didnt make any sense!Thats why when he wanted to get his 1st love back that became more absurd bcs before that he was shown pretty much in love with his wife,it didnt even take him a moment to decide that he wanted his 1st love back,there was no guilt in him when he was meeting her convertly,thats why his happy ending with the wife is more trashy to watch.Naa it was not a love story atleast for me.

I watched it in bits and pieces and only knows the overall story. So i might be wrong. Even though he married her for money he didn't had any ill intentions towards her like stealing her property. He did made up his mind to make the marriage work. He did like her and respected her and didn't want her to have distant relation with her children as he understands how it feel to be disconnected from parents. So he genuinely tried to mend their relationship. Also if i am not wrong he orchestrated that entire gun shot scene to make mehru believe him completely. So he had his manipulative cunning nature intact even after marrying her. He didn't wanted anything else from life until his ex gf made an entry so he was happy in his marriage with mehru till them. I agree they could have executed it better when the gf re entered and him easily getting influenced by his mother also looked stupid. More than his father it was his mother that was harsh to him.

Also he got distracted by his former lover with whom he wanted to be married to and saw a future with. Not some random beautiful woman that entered his life. Him cheating on mehru was not about him lusting after a young woman but came from an incomplete love her had for a girl. She wasn't just a fling or a random ex gf of his. He was in a very serious relationship with her for years and they planned a future together. Now that when he thought he can finally be with her he got selfish and didn't think about mehru but came back to his senses.

I always found all those love stories with huge age gaps having a silky smooth ride very unrealistic. Esp the one with the girl's being younger. I hate it when an 18-19 or college going girl is married off to a 30+, 40+ guy and everyone around her including the husband behave like she is supposed to be a perfect wife without making any mistakes and if that guy has kids then she should be their mother from the get go. How is a young college going girl supposed to suddenly have motherly feelings or instict for grown up kids all out of a sudden. No Desi drama shows them just having a cordial relationship or being just friends. Those girls are supposed to act as mothers from the start 🤢.

Mahir was manipulative before the marriage,after marriage nothing of that sort was shown,he was shown to be a perfect husband,who accepted her kids and even told them to call him "dad"!He became a miraculous noble guy after marriage😆 . The gun shot was not orchestrated,it happened accidentally,thats why its more absurd to watch that a person so in so called loved with his wife who even took a gunshot from her son but stayed silent,doesnt even flinch for a mini second before cheating on her?Does that even make sense?

About younger girl and older guy marriage,i never really liked the concept of such huge gap in marriage,if its 4 or 5 yrs then its ok but beyond that like 10yrs,20 yrs age gap marriage is something undigestable for me, no matter even if the gender is reversed.

But I think the shooting started on late December 2019 and shooting completed on January 2020 i think barzakh will come on june Zee5 is always busy with their Indian original movies and series they're too much invested on Mrs Undercover and Taj (Web Series)

I though the gun shot was orchestrated by mahir because he overheard mehru saying she don't trust him completely. Either way he definitely used it to gain sympathy and trust from mehru.

I also don't like huge age gap stories no matter what the gender is. That's why i didn't watch dobara properly even though it had Bilal as lead. I only kept a track on the overall story. The only age gap movie i ever liked was cheeni Kum with big b and Tabu.

Wiki says it started shooting in mid 2019 and it was released in June 2022. So atleast an year of post production went in.

Since pak dramas are cross production dramas and India-Pakistan don't have the best of relations they might have to be extra careful on what's shown on it. So they might take more than enough time for editing and then there is censorship and all. So pak dramas under Zee5 will take a longer time than Indian webseries under them.
