Is there someone wanting to say Janamotsav instead of Jyanti??😕

Not that it makes any difference....if one wants to celebrate the birth of Lord Hanuman....just curious to know why would there be a controversy and who is creating it?

Hanuman's birthday is fine for me - with my (very) limited Hindi knowledge 😉

not a controversy..it’s more of a clarification, since Lord Hanuman is still considered to be alive and on earth and is immortal. Not everything is to stir political controversies. It is said that if you pray to Lord Hanuman..it will reap benefits quicker than other gods because he is around us somewhere. Unlike Vishnu who is in Vaikunth and Shiva who is meditating and possibly travelling to other planets from time to time.

I didn't suggest anything like a political controversy......I just wanted to know why is their even a question NOW.....if Hanuman Jayanti is how it has always been celebrated......Yes I know that Hanuman ji is one who is considered immortal ....like Ashwathama......

Lord Hanuman is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu so there shouldn't even be a question of him being immortal...He is immortal....He is a God.
