U shouldn't be surprised..coz u had once mentioned that concept of left n right, liberal n conservative is reversed in India..the ones considered regressive n conservatives r the actual liberals.

Anyways just remembered one old incident..when I was a small kid..was travelling with family and our train met with n accident..saw RSS members come to immediate rescue of the all the passengers and provide them with help n relief materials..this was even before BJP as a party came into existence..over the years saw RSS come forward for relief work during floods, earthquake n other calamities..in different states

@bold — I am not surprised. I said - that’s a surprise for other people. 😆 Hinduism has always been liberal and it’s a no surprise that RSS has liberal ideology contrary to extremists portrayal by the Indian Left.

If Mohan Bhagwat is pro-LGBTQ rights, do you know why the current union government is not supportive? Is it because the government feels that the population is not supportive, so they are worried about losing votes? Or do you think there is a disconnect between RSS' ideology and the religious ideology of Hindus within the BJP?
