I think it is changing a bit already.

Today she asked Satya if he isn’t happy with her decision to celebrate Vinu’s birthday.

His opinion, thoughts do matter to her I feel.

Given the expression of Sai in today’s episode towards Virat, I doubt if it was longing or just sympathy and pity that eventually he will have to deal with Vinu’s hate since he wouldn’t be able to fulfill his promise
