At Hospital the entire Shah family is concerned for Vanraj who has got heart attack. Baa and Babuji come out of his room and inform everyone of Vanraj’s status .
All are relieved to know he was better. Baa asks Anupama to meet him as he was remembering her. Babuji states that it was her wish , if she did not wish to meet him they would understand , but baa insists that if she is here she must meet the sick person .
Anupama is in dilemma, she is hesitant but then agrees to meet him.Lying on his bed Van is very happy to see Anupama . He narrates his entire life story and apologises for all his mistakes . He states that Kavya had left him n gone , He asks Anupama’s to forgive him for his failed relationships . Anupama reminds him that he was the one who threw out Kavya , she did not leave him . He advises her to move on just as everyone else had moved on .
At hospital , at night , Samar , Kinjal, Toshu and Pakhi are there outside Vanraj’s room, they share moments of bonding and worry for Papa and Kavya . They recollect how their mummy and papa have always been there for them, they worry for MaAn . They worry for Anuj’s well being as he was not contactable. They decide to speak to Dheeraj uncle and Devika aunty to check on Anuj . Later they are disappointed to k ow even Dheeraj and Devika failed to meet Anuj at his place of residence .
Anupama returns to Kanta ben’s house looking tired. Kanta and Bhavesh shower her with their care n concern . Anupama tells Kanta that she needed neither Anuj nor Vanraj .Kanta is annoyed that Anupama went running back to Shah family. Anupama clarifies that She went for the sake of her children , Babuji and also for Baa. She has not gone there for Mr Shah .
Soon Vanraj is discharged from hospital, Baa welcomes him home with Aarti. Anupama is also seen accompanying the family . Anupama is hesitant to enter the house but Van asks her to come in . He smiles as she steps inside . Baa asks her to make khichdi but Anupama declines .Vanraj again starts his lecture of feeling insecure without Anupama, asks her to promise she will take care of Baa Babuji if anything happened to him.
Babuji warns Baa not to dream of having Anupama as bahu again, but Baa is adamant that she is nit wrong in wishing for Anioama to return to this house as she was the Lakshmi of this house , the good omen and she brought prosperity.

Kinjal secretly got her name enrolled in that Gurukul, she can’t believe her luck that she will come face to face with her person of dreams, Malti Devi .
Anupama is seen entering Gurukul with Bhairavi . She watches Malti Devi performing steps as she teaches some students at Gurukul .
