Frankly super impressed with how all of us have kept this thread pretty civil. It is interesting to read perspectives from all ends, be it for or against the movie, without making it personal or mocking anyone😊 I go to reddit and I dread that place..the language, the tone, everything is awful there. Comparatively IF is still a civil place!

Who is the authority who answers RTI queries? Is it a govt body, autonomous or NGO?

Ok..so depending on whether the query is related to centre or state..concerned department of that particular govt answers it..is that what it means?
Yeah I guess, in my limited knowledge, it can be done in two ways, either online or offline.
