How can you call it a propaganda movie?

This issue is def happening in India so talking about delusional doesn't make sense.

Whatever the number maybe(tho its def high) the main thing is this problem is real and it exists. Whatever is their motive we are seeing the truth and that's what matters.

True happenings are a fodder for propaganda aimed movies...

...and Porcupine is right...the ruling party will do EVERYTHING possible to win the elections a third time (propaganda being part of it).

I only can write about the movie - furthermore - after having watched it myself...and I'll decide for myself how much it is aimed as a step to get Kerala voting for the ruling government.

However, I certainly will continue to read here 😉
