After, AbhiM's visit to kasauli, she told AbhiN that they are the family but one could sense that there was no genuineness in her saying that. She was hiding her feelings. Even when she said, 'Ajase sirf Akshara..', even that was half hearted. But after shiv mandir episode, her hug looked genuine, when AbhiN was arrested, she said, ' AbhiN ko mere sath hi rehana hai..'..that looked genuine, AkshNav moments after that looked genuine.

Even today, when Abhir came during the fight, their non- verbal communication was there to see. I get husband- wife vibes from them post AbiN's release from jail. She happily went on date with him. Did puja with him. She knows how sincere and sensitive AbhiN is. If she flips after this, she would be in the same category as AbhiM. Abhira will be a villian pair union then. Even if AbhiN is shown dead, and she marries AbhiM, that would be forced Abhira union too. For me if they show Abhira union, it would have not meaning to it.

I believe she is genuinely moving on or at least trying but her words in todays episode definitely contradicts that.

Just wanted to write my thoughts & found this thread suitable (maybe bcos of the TM's username 😄).

I initially enjoyed Sharma fam because I honestly wanted to see ITV show some peaceful, domestic, regular middle-class life scenes with no ott bgm, catching falling, slow mos, unneccessary dancing... just a nuclear family faring thru daily ups & downs in life and enjoying, celebrating little happiness along the way.

NavBhir were the cherry on top the whole cake. It's not a common sight to see someone loving someone else's child like their own, especially a man. Why I say so is bcos it's acceptable in Indian society for married men with children to marry unmarried women & she's expected to raise his child like a mum. But the reverse is v.rare. Nav loved Abhir without any blood relation, without any social obligation, without any t&c and that's the highest n purest form of love for me 💟.

After temple stint despite knowing ITV's obsession with soul love, I wished to see Ak moving on with Nav. Not bcos I'm a fan of their chemistry, but bcos of the msg that came out of it. There's already enuf stigma in our society around abuse & divorce. Mental n emotional abuse aren't considered real, women are expected to stay in hellholes in name of kids and divorced/widowed woman hardly get to remarry a bachelor guy (men too face it but to a lesser extent).

By showing a woman getting back with her ex in name of the kid OR a woman incapable of moving on with a good person, despite being abused by her ex, imo doesn't promote destiny, or true love, or twin flame, or any other romantic trope, it just subtly strengthens the existing stigma.

Ik ITV is unrealistic but it still has a reach to many & we can't deny the possible impact it has on people. This show had the chance of showing something progressive for once (despite SP's love for regressiveness), yet they seem eager to trample it all for sake of bedroom romance, sibling rivarly & SP's favorite track of all time - 2 women competing for a godman. And yeah good people rarely win irl but could they atleast win in reel life for once.

Sigh. My fault for expecting all this from ITV 😒

Totally loved what u said , Exactly my feelings. For now it looks Ak will not choose AbM over AbN, but with ITV ,soul love blah blah they might kill AbN and forcefully Ak has to accept AbM for kid and then they will show all that drama of winning her back n finally accepting him back. We can only wish for once they can make a change and show naya soch of choosing the good over domestic violence ,abuse ,mental trauma and divorcing twice.Let’s see how they unfold it. May be we r expecting way too much from a SP show

Glad someone wrote AbN’s POV. He handled the situation very maturely. I don’t want him to do anymore sacrifices for Ak .He loves Abhir unconditionally ,his love is pure.He will leave the decision on Ak as he already mentioned today. AK will lose respect if she chooses AbM over AbN which she will not do until he is here. But after the truth it won’t be the same for him anymore , ppl like Min AbM will question his identity for their selfishness.

We're definitely expecting too much, especially from SP as the channel has soul love for regressiveness 😂

(Gosh now that I think of it.. I was so stupid to fall for this peaceful, progressive track facade, when all the while I could see the logo of laal sitara on top 🙈)

I think Manyu will accept that bcos he was shown proposing Ak when he thot Abhir was Sharma's child. In fact, during Kasauli marriage track, there was a redemption theory on IF that AkshNav will consummate, Nav will die while Ak is pregnant & Manyu will take responsibility of the unborn child and ultimately love the child like his own.

But now I think cvs are playing it safe. Ak has indirectly declared her chastity. Ab isn't shown moving on an inch. And baki Arohi garners no to v.less support so dumping her won't generate much backlash. From what I can perceive - Yrkkh is speeding rapidly towards ghum.

PS I still want Sharma fam to be the endgame but Ik the chances are v.slim.

The difference, I feel though is that in Ghum, the lead never ever moved on until today. The lead were and still are in love. Hence, Sai and satya marriage does not give any feel as of yet. Whereas here, one of the lead has moved on. May not be in terms of love but definitely family. AbhiN and AK both are more in love with the family than love itself. Rather, now if AK is made to move back with AbhiM, that would be ghum because she will be moving back out of compulsion not love.

I an shipping for Sharma family too.. ❤️❤️❤️
