The big difference when Stefan sucked elena blood he was enjoying the phase and flirting with other girls. but here Armaan on that time was feeling so guilty n not let go his caring side from eisha for a moment. he used to fight between Good and Bad phase. also despite the manipulation of Veer, Eisha dint give up . also the big thing, when Dalena dance happened, Elena was enjoying Damon's presence and forgot stefan.. but here during veer eisha dance , Eisha's complete focus was on Armaan..

Right now when Stefan damon was saving Elena, After that she was about to hug damon.. but here Eisha was completely on Armaan, not for a second she looked back to Veer..
