I have recently started watching the show..I have quick question...if leads love story is just abt to begin why does rani ma sent money to surilli?

Rani Maa thinks Shiv the ML is already in love with Surili in the city as she is in Ranakgarh she has no clue what exactly is happening in Mumbai. On top of that Guni the tantrik (a househelp) claims her to be the Kaalik. She js scared like in past her husband had gone to city and did not come back same thing will happen to Shiv also. That is why she sent money to Surili to stay away from Shiv.

Just my assumption but I think there might be more to Rani ma's husband's story than they revealed. Even Swatilekha's mom was telling history is repeating itself there is again a city girl or something. I felt like maybe Raja sab fell in love with a girl there and left his family? maybe thats why Rani ma doesn't want him to fall for any girl as he may also leave Ranakgarh...

BTW what is the meaning of Kalik? Sorry I really don't know... I have heard the word for the first time in this show only

This track revelation would be something interesting atleast more interesting than this Kaalik stuff. Would want to see who would be Raja Sahab and what had happened to him as till now I guess he is no more or may be he will make an appearance later.

Swatilekha is definitely the kaalikh. I mean its pretty obvious.

And as for Rani Ma, she sent money to Surili because she thought she was just trying to get to Shiv for money. And with this she either wanted to buy her off, or piss her enough to leave Shiv.
