Aik baat batao what if that scene between haya and murtasim in episode 25 was for a reason?

I mean to say what if something like this happen again after meerasim consummation.Here haya plans to do this so that meerasim break up.

Meerab always show reaction when she thinks murtasim is involved with some other girl.So meerab will misunderstand murtasim and leave him to punish him.

I think some people predicted about Mallik Zubair being Mariyam's lover if I am not wrong. This prediction became true.
