Hard work has no worth, it is all about smart work. Getting others to help you, and then taking their credits and promotions..I do not think people realise that for a girl/woman, getting the right opportunities and having a good income is also important for her dignity within the household (and society as a whole). We don't wanna earn more money to splurge, humko apna ghar chalana hai. And it is honestly very easy for people to say "Job chali gayi toh usmein kya? Shaadi ki toh waise bhi umar ho gayi hai. Jaake shaadi karlo, pati kama lega." Like no. That is not a solution 🤔
