Once the initial emotions settled , am like it was best he took her to Karachi . She anyways would have been alienated here , MB taunts , Anawar indifference and H face would do no good to her and now even he won’t be there to defend her, as he himself lost both his grounds and voice . In all this she being taken out of this mad cap house was best for her and this time apart will really help them sort out things .Her this act put him in spot where he has no reason not to believe she doesn’t want to be with him!

Again good he dropped her off instead of pushing her out of house but then I hoped he waited till she was safe inside the house .
As for mariyam , I think she would have preferred also being kicked out over staying in that hostile place. Right now Road seems safer and sane place over living in house with MB and H . Don’t think she is being allowed , MB is just kicking mariyam als just in grander way .

@red the only genuine person he had was Meerub and now they snatched this from him, for him it doesn't matter if they love him or not because he doesn't want their love, he knew they are not here to stay. They both have such high expectations of each other, it is too much pressure for someone who wasn't mentally prepared to take on such a difficult job. She was thrown into the shark pool, she has to navigate archaic khandhan rules she doesn't believe in, dangerous family politics, villains who are killers, supporting her MIL with panchayat duties, on top of top of that she has to be a wife a friend a lover and deal with her own trauma. He has helped her as much as he could, but he also gets in the way.

MK has no expectations from his wife, it is KMK who wants his Queen to never falter. She is trying hard and in today's prayer you can see her soul tremble at the thought she let him down. The idea that he must be ashamed of her is more painful for her than her parents revelation, she desperately wants to live up to his expectations because she too has high demands of herself. Whether it is the bullets incident or with Maryam she did what she thought was in his best interest, it looks like she is wrong but she is right in the bigger picture. Murtasim will realize this because he conceded that shooting MZ would have been too stupid, and now with Maryam she didn't fail him she did the only thing that she could do, his pride in her never falters even if he is shook with disappointment.

Well said!! He wants her to grow but his protective instinct doesnt want her to fall. It's like he has given her the permission to grow inside his safety bubble. But this is not possible for meerub. She broke from that bubble no, she will grow n come back stronger for him.
