Upon analysis I have realised Meerab is a brattish, pampered, care-free girl with entitlement attitude because she has everything served in gold platter.
Obviously getting everything without even asking never gave her an opportunity to count her blessings and only the watershed moments like Marium fiasco, force her to think.
There were ample examples provided to support this. Ie;Her agreement to marriage was because of the paternity truth and her foster parents disowning her. She toned down her misbehaviour after murtasim was hospitalised during their accident. Similarly the present situation will give her ample time to introspect and analyse the consequences for her actions.
No matter who she ends up with I want her to see through her hypocrisy between her preaching and her actions. Then she'll have compassion and kindness for others.

I also want to accept this but writer forgot to give expressable emotion to her lead.
There is hardly any dialogue of meerub in such conflicting situations so she came across as being numb towards murtasim and his love.
