If there was a message or email or registered letter she could have proved in court she tried all means abhi was not interested.

I personally feel divorce can not define parents right on child. If abhi would have known he has a kid he would have done everything for kid.

I am sure deep down she must be feeling guilty who wouldn’t Nisha her love accused her of 9/10/11 murders, Maate kept screaming at her even at the hospital, the whole family just stood silent, BP blamed her in Pathankot, Arohi too, and saddest part no one cared enough to force her to return, especially the one person who was most precious to her, a person has to be really stone hearted not to feel guilty.
