Court needs a proof. She do not have concrete evidence of she really tried to inform him. Phone conversation there was nothing to prove abhi was not interested in baby.

If there was a message or email or registered letter she could have proved in court she tried all means abhi was not interested.

I personally feel divorce can not define parents right on child. If abhi would have known he has a kid he would have done everything for kid.

That's what i personally feel. Court runs on evidence but i do not hVe much idea about family court.

What ever mess has happened it is Abhi’s doing. He just can’t sit and cry and be pathetic all the time. He should start owning his mistakes and be real to his relationships rather than keep making fake promises to each and every person he meets.

Call detail are enough to prove that Akshara did her best to contact him. It was not Akshara’s fault that Abhi was too deranged with anger to pick up the call. The court will see the intent and act judiciously.

@ bold Agree with you as compensation for Neil MM is going to ask Abhi to get Abhir and also marry Arohi.

But I would like to be proved wrong hope good sense prevails and she sees her son’s happiness lies in Ak and Abhir.

I am not so sure about familu court. But what i know is court do not run on emotions they run on logics and evidence.

Akshu ne call kiy who knows kya kehne ke liye call kiya. Court will not provide justice based on people's statements they need evidence.

If the claim is like abhi never wanted this child then the only proof which they can use abhi deciding abort kids for akshu. If he has signed any paper for that.rest all call history nobody will check.

Registered post ensures that reciever has got the info. As it will acknowledgement or something.
