The conspiracy theorist in me reckons this was all masterminded by Modi. Modi was tipped off that the King will be at the airport, so he had the whole airport swarming with BJP undercover secret agents who were relaying intel back to him, the feedback was that the King was in an irritable mood today, so Modi ji hired this guy to pose as a fan and evoke a negative reaction out of the him, and it worked.

It did seem a bit too suspicious that there just happened to be a camera there capturing all of this, what are the chances of that happening?
