I think the real cruelty is having someone like meerab be with murtasim. Somethings in life are big mistakes and some are straight up unforgivable.

I keep my personal politics aside for this show. My only goal is to enjoy this love story and make the characters make sense to me in the context of TB world, nothing else matters.

And this isn't reality so I am not concerned mistakes and forgiveness or eternal damnations.

With that said using certain type of words even in association with fictional characters is a different problem because of the seriousness of the crimes associated with such language. It blurs the lines between reality and reel.

MeMu exist in fiction only, if you bring them into the real world you will stop enjoying the show, and it is only torture for you.

They are a fantasy a dream let them remain one.

Well if it is a fantasy as one would like me to think then saying certain words wouldn't matter as well and would blur no lines..there are no real lines to blur.

But it's so much more complex than that. We are viewing this through somewhat of a real and social context and lens. If weren't doing that then why do we all point out the big absurdities?

Let's say it's no big deal that meerab helped Maryam. There should be little to no consequence.

Then it's also no big deal if murtasim throws things at her. There should be no consequence either.

Now that's completely wrong. If can't ignore one then we can't ignore the other.

Just like saying certain words may have impact. Meerabs awful actions may have impact as well. We can't cherry pick

I'm just trying to make observations. I'm trying to make sense of how her character even moves forward. Maybe I'm don't have the clear picture right now. Maybe I don't see what others see. Maybe I'm a pessimist?

What I do like is that we all have different opinions
