Remember last week, she says love is when you feel someone else’s pain as yours.. so she feels his pain.

The lack of continuity ruins this scene because it jumps to next day and then bang night she helps them elope.. which she knws is wrong but she felt his pain and she knws how its hurts. She doesnt want maryam to go through the same pain because of this so called khadan.

She knws she is wrong but she also thinks she is helping maryam.

This is why i am not as mad at her. I probably see her differently than how she is written. I will judge her more on what she does in the aftermath of this chaos..

Writer tried to show that

Meerab can feel Murtasim's pain. She can relate to him. Tho due to meerab's poor characterization we were not able to understand her reaction but if we watch that scene in isolation. Then we can get that meerab has fallen for murtasim. She realized that murtasim also went through, he also compromised.

Let's see what are her thoughts after murtasim share his inner turmoil.

Btw discontinued many scenes which looks very messy. Yes I absolutely liked how meerub continued to say why would murtasim lie about anas he must have gone to a wrong address but she never called him a lier thank god for that.

But in mariyam kaand meerub is equally at fault as mariyam...if meerub still stay quite after khan family found out then I'm sorry if meerub face worst consequences then it would be justify.

One of the promos shows Murtasim looking broken in tears with Maryam. I think Meerab might find them / contact MZ and offer herself in Maryam’s place. That’s where separation will come but also maybe child which is MZ’s….😲

He didn't overdo the emotions yet the silent tears and caressing of meerubs hand and face and then wiping tears

Hats off the director as well for showing the perfect amount of intimacy needed in that scene
