I think it is easy to blame people, but I would blame mostly on the culture.

The whole izzat ke badle izzat crap that might have started this.

Using women for revenge or punishment because they are treated as ghar ki izzat.

Not asking or caring for your childs opinion when marrying them.

Being so strict that you own daughter feel like it is easier to run away from home with a person that she has know couple of months rather than talking to her family. I get that Anas manipulated her into believing that her family would never accept them, but she didn't trust her own family in this matter. And the way most of them reacted after finding out about Anas, explains why she was scared of talking to them.

The series problem is that it will not take up any of this issues and just highlight Murtasims pain and how he was betrayed, how Meerub is wrong and what Maryam has to deal with because she didn't listen to her family.

If he even blame meerub its justify as of now as meerub helped her elope...stayed quiet while khan family found out mariyam run away....she followed murtasim to rescue Mariyam but did not mention she was involved in here. Most st*pidest thing i saw meerub run to check mariyam in her room when she always knew mariyam is gone.😆

this Maryam thing was already in the main plot Bcs it’s in OsT which was released months before.the filler was in the middle during Ramadan Bcs they couldn’t show this peak.

so 10-14 episode were fillers I would say. Which aired during Ramadan which was added by extra! Bcs yumna and Wahaj were not seen much,

and look at all the episode now, it’s just them and story is moving

Bt use force karnay wale to marium the na .. r mz to us k room mn buht pahle s ata tha remember meerub saw shadows thats means k mz may be shadi k foran bad marium s relation banany laga etc.. then where was meerub in that ... Meerub ka sirf fault yeh hai k wo apnay bubble mn trap hai islye wo big picture nahi dekhti.. izat n all that its totally marium fault here...

I don't think so. Max if they want to go in this direction then when the family blames Meerub, Mariyam might stay silent...not because she blames Meerub or wants to throw her under the bus but because she will be in shock/trauma/numb.

I really don't think she will blame Meerub, might keep quiet.

I rewatched the scene of signing contract papers . When Murtsaum says one day u will yourself tear these papers so Meerab says woh din meri azadi ka din hoga ….it think it would mean her azadi from not liking Murtsaum and accepting her feelings for him,

And Murtsaum’s words ki US raat ko tum bahut roaogi, corresponding to the same thing , I think
