I think that’s what the writer is trying to show…that meerub sees the world in black and white…she leads a very comfortable sheltered life…maybe thinks she knows things but is not street smart… but went about the wrong way of showing her growth and maturity…she could have shown her growth and maturity by actually stopping mariyam and telling murtasim about the things his sister is planning to do regardless of her relationship with him…she just used a very cheap masaledar technique which ruins the lead 😓😓😓😓😓

Meerab for me is this 21 yrs old young naive girl who is oblivious to the real struggles of life.. she has lived a VERY pampered life.

She cant see pass her « forced » marriage.. because she is STILL stuck there… so i guess something like this should happen for her to get a reality check!! Life is not all rosy and in life you have to compromise. Things happen and you have to move on!!!
