The last three games between these two have been won by Punjab. But their streak here in this edition hasn't been that great. They started with a bang. But have blown hot and cold post that. CSK have been in fine form but have stumbled twice against RR.

What has worked for CSK? Despite the absence of certain starters like Stokes and Chahar, CSK have been well off. Their opening pair has scored the bulk of the runs. Dube has done his bit pretty well. Rahane has surprised all and sundry including himself. Their bowling has rested on the Lankan duo and Deshpande has been their find of the season. Jadeja and Mo have used their experience at crucial junctures

What has worked for Punjab Kings? Sam Curran's leadership skills. Jitesh Sharma's finishing capabilities still largely untapped has been breathe of fresh air for them. Arshdeep's incisiveness with the new and old ball. Taide's stroke making prowess. They missed Dhawan for a few games but didn't really look that much out of place. This young brigade if kept together for a few years can turn into a very strong team.

What CSK needs to look at? Rayudu's awful batting form. Jadeja's bat also hasn't done much of the talking. Their death bowling is still a work in progress. And will MS's knee issues get solved because he has looked in good hitting form but has seldom batted

Indirectly bolna chahtein ki Sam is better captain than Dhawan😛

Exactly. Even Jofra Archer for MI is out injured and 2-3 matches he played he was okayish🫠

What Punjab need to work on? Their opening combo still doesn't look sorted. Rabada is yet to hit the full tilt. Dhawan's form would be crucial if they want to go the distance. Their bowling barring Arshdeep and Rabada looks a little too vulnerable.

Rayudu should face a few balls and then go for shots. He's a very good player .
