I have a tendency to forget names and many times the people/faces too. So when someone in 5km radius of me waves or says Hello! (On their phones in bluetooth) I tend to respond enthusiastically to that wave or Hello!

So the wrong wave or hello happened atleast 48595392 times in my life.

And pretending to remember all your relatives and acquaintances in functions.

Some even though when they met you like when you were 1, come and ask, " Do you remember me? We met so long ago".! The stress to act and pretend like I recall it and say "oooooh yes youuu, of course I remember!"... some of them fall for it but there are few who just DON'T give up. " Chal jhooti! How could you remember when you were only 1 when we met" (Phir poocha kyun mujhe?! ) And then comes the SCARIEST question of all, " Tell me who I am?! What's my name?".

Ye haal to mera har kisi family gathering mein honi hi honi hai...😮‍💨🥵🤧

This happened recently. My friend & me were waiting for coffee order, when my friend spotted a extremely beautiful gal waving at him, and he was like "O teri, ye idhar kion wave kar rahi hai". When I turned to look at her, I was also like "O teri bhen di, inni sohni kudi". As I didn't saw her before my friend so I assumed she is waving for him. I started making his shirt collar right, his hair & I was like "Go man, go for it". And to our big big surprise, she came to us after 5 min & just said this 2 me "Dumbass, I was waving at you".

BC inni gandi besti kabhi nahi hui, issey pehle ki Aakash apna Intro de paata, she was go went gone 😆

Now I am the laughing stock for my friends, ke dekho isey casanova boy

Not just at family functions.. pre cell phone era it used to happen on phone as well.

Person on the other side: Beta pehchana kaun hum kaun bol rhe hain.

Me: had gone through same emotions as those options. 😆
