They made Tara think for sure; at least the probability has got into her head.

Tara has no option to keep dhruv in 17th century because she knows that sushi can't live without him.She also can't leave her samrajya.

I have good hopes from CVs this time as it crossed 50 + and the story has not turned crappy.
