Honestly, I didn't like the last episode. Ahad cameo was boring. And they should have focused more on Ummed and Farjaad and Umeed's journey. Something was missing. I did not like the fact that Farjaad suddenly became extremely strict and Umeed suddenly forgot her goal to become wealthy and suddenly wanted to work hard.
The only good thing about the show was Umeed and Farjaad's chemistry and AK and mim's chemistry. Ak and mimi had more chemistry in one episode than Sameer and Haya in whole show 😆. I liked the actress playing mimi's character. Hopefully she gets more shows.
I agree it all seemed too rushed to me because everytime they wanted to show them fighting with each other😆

Me too I'll miss this show anyways which show will replace fairy tale ??
Mesni will resume, i guess
Yes but i think it will end on early may coz it has 10 episodes left
Okay, so I watched the last episodes at last.
I was right that post-confession things always get boring. That's why, unlike most, I was not eager for a love confession and was enjoying the pre-confession phase including all awkward moments, blushing, denial, misunderstandings, sulking, jealousy, etc. I knew that once they confessed, things will get boring. There's a reason why love stories, especially fairytales, end on a love confession, and never show us what happens afterward.
The conflict was unnecessary and instead of adding something, lessened the impact. Farjaad saying Umeed should change a bit and AK saying she's perfect with all her imperfections made me relate to AK. Thank God, they didn't show us the phase in which Niggo hesitantly accepted Umeed and then tried to transform her into "how a girl should be after marriage." Anyways, if it was me, I would end the story right after a police station scene and the last episode would be just for the wedding ceremony of the two couples.
Overall, I loved the show, and of course, #FarMeed. It is a long time since I've seen a Pakistani drama revolving around young love with age-appropriate casting. Otherwise, they have got an obsession with casting young girls with uncles and making older women act like teens. Sehar Khan and Hamza Sohail were perfect choices for their roles and they did a brilliant job. What I loved the most was creating some innovative situations for a couple, unlike the usuals one. That staircase scene, elevator scene, police station scene, etc will stay in my memory for a while. The OST and its perfect use in the perfect situation were also so impactful. I will rewatch it after some time or perhaps will make a playlist of only those scenes that I liked the most for rewatching.
Watched the last episode and I'm disappointed yar 😢.. it was rushed like they could have done call these things in 3, 4 episodes. Last episode didn't give me ghe vibes of fairy tale.. koi alg hi drama lag raha tha .. not a single good romantic farjad scene like wtf n eid kyse aa gyi achank
About the casting my only grudge was that Farjaad, Mimi, Umeed, Haya, Sameer _ they all looked same age to me. Infact i thought Sameer was Umeed's older brother. Haya and Ummeed looked similar aged too.
Farjaad should have looked a lil older imo. AK looked age appropriate for a businessman Farjaad. Hamza calling Mimi 'beta' was awkward because he didn't look older than her at all physically.
But still much much better to see younger cast than old (almost uncles) romancing young college girls under the pretext of 'zabardasti ki shaadi'. That trope needs to be banned!
