The way I can see this happening alot

Even after marriage I could see them having late night conversation after putting Savi to sleep ❤️

Saiya conversation first where Sai gets a car from Satya as it is late in the night and she has to pick Savi and leave. She may decide to stay at Sheetal's place, that is why V was able to follow her as he knows the address.

They both leave by the time V reaches hospital. He overhears male attendant speaking about Sai-Satya discussing marriage.

Sai comes to CN and some drama and finally takes Savi. V reaches home or gets call from BK that Sai took Savi. He might follow her and confrontation and accusation. Satya might have called to just check whether she reached safely.

I still feel that one incident is not enough to damage V's image in Savi's eyes.

Somehow Sai-Savi will end up at Satya's place and V comes there and does major raita

Thus pushing Sai to marry Satya and Savi ka moh bhang hoga.
