Most people are in it for time-pass, I understand.

But when I first joined this forum in 2015, it was abuzz with fan wars, intellectual discussions on cinema, reviews, music sharing, so on and so forth.

I miss those days.

Nowadays, it seems less of a discussion forum than a platform for cheap laughs.

Sorry to put it so harshly.

But that passion has gone.

Can we bring it back?

More than debates there were heated arguments and personal attacks as well😆 Tho its still prevalent but BW forum is less toxic now , people here deal everything with sarcasm, yk it might be a good thing .😉

Bwf will run parallel to the condition of bollywood.....what reviews? what fan wars? what music sharing? Are we having genuinely entertaining movie releases? Are we having great music nowadays? Fan wars ke liye topic kaha he?

In this carefully pr curated new bollywood with bekar music boring films no stories no gossips.....bwf will be thanda expectedly.

I made a topic last year on this when I returned on 2022. I stayed till 2017. Will see how long will be here now. Now even when I’m not active I still just stay logged in lol. Yes the place as become more tolerant to things. Plus it as todo with personal attacks that happened in the past that new rules put in place. Plus newer generation don’t really come here they have other portals.

Millennials is the last generation which valued Bollywood. Where are they now? Married with kids and demanding careers? Maybe. But this forum can be kept active somehow I guess

yes I noticed that. They won’t say it to u directly but indirectly. Some even try to get back at some based on things happening years ago. I just post to pass time. I don’t like people getting personal with others and only time I speak up. The wars with fans was fun but these days not many can really stand the heat and debate much.

ICYMI

Fan wars still exist. but not as aggressive as before. people mellowed down it seems, all thanks to Pandemic.

What intellectual things are there in movies to discuss? if you find some, there’s a “Recently Seen Movie” thread where you can discuss cinema.

There’s a pinned Review thread for every movie.

to share great music, There’s a Music thread.

to chitchat, there’s a Chitchat thread.

and for cheap laughs, “aap karo toh rasleela, hum karein toh character dheela” 😆
