It's actually easier when you're not playing, you can push a little bit harder at the gym, it's just using your time well. (Role in the team) I'd like to be in the same team as him (Andre Russell) for once, we tend to come up against each other the whole time. Once or twice, I'd like to be on his side to be able to see the carnage. I think there's capacity for both of us in the team, the balance of the team is the most important. There have been a couple of close games, there have been crucial moments where we've let ourselves down.
