Not sure about the hand bracelets but the neck one looks like the equivalent of what we Hindus have to count the mantras....usually made of Rudraksh beads.....I have one....it has 108 beads and I use it to count the Gayatri mantra or Mahamrityunjaya jaap that is usually chanted a 108 times.....I am sure Muslims use it to count the duas or something similar...I think it is called..Tasbih.

I watch too many Pakistani dramas 😆and so I am guessing that is what it is..
