Because he is the only one who agreed to be a ghar jamai and stay with their daughter and them permanently in Canada. Looks like other grooms they looked for Prerna did not agree to their condition,
But it is another thing, Bhabima won’t let it happen, will never send Krish- Prerna to Canada unless something happens in the wedding, Krish again ends up marrying Shweta and Prerna ends up marrying Shiva k, there is actually a bride swap happening.

Shiva asking Raavi whether she really is married to Dev, while certainly a step forward in the right direction, is quite a leap to make. Normally one would just assume they might be having some sort of marital tiff.
Hopefully this is an indication of them sorting this whole confusion out soon and Shiva finally starting to recover.
Don’t think it is going to go anywhere except to stretch his memory loss and mental healh issues. KD is not shooting yesterday and today. With the way this Krush- Prerna marriage is beung promoted by the PH bringing in a Star singer/performer Falguni Pathak, next 2 weeks will all be about the wedding, Bhabima and Shweta plotting against each other
Writers have no intentions of taking Shiva- Raavi story forward it us clearly visible in the scenes. The guy is desperate to get married, not able to jog his memory even a tiny bit. He is being given medicines by the neurologist without being checked, The whole thing has been used for comedy and writers have been insensitive towards mental health issues right from the start.
So my guess is, nothing is going to change much
Episode highlights
- Starts with Suman, Gautam, Shuva and Rishita sitting in the aangan. Suman scolds Gautam for being irresponsible, because of him,BKB is angry and Suman totally understand her POV. She asks him to change for the better, being the older brother and now he has kids ( she meant it to keep Shiva’s assumption correct- he now thinks both Chiku and Natasha are BhaGo’s children)
- Just then Piddhi comes to the aangan with his suitcase and says he is leaving for Canada. Shiva is the first one to confront him, asking him where he is going and why he has to leave.
- Shuvank walks in, sees the drama-, makes a video call to Shweta who is out on the street, sitting in someone’s front porch eating something. He asks her to watch the tamasha happening at Kandya Niwas, she gets excited
-Bhabima comes down to start her stalking and FOMO is eating her alive, pretends to make tea for herself and listens to the tamasha
- Suman scolds Piddhi for leaving the house yet again, asks if its a dharamshaala, come and go whenever he pleases. Piddhi is looking for his PP in his suitcase.
On the other side Shweta is enjoying the tamsha. They even show Bhabima entering the kitchen, getting the kettle to boil water, turning the stove on, not leaving a minute detail to show Bhabima’s tea making skills.
-Suman asks Piddhi to give some time to Prerna, as she is angry at this time and slowly things will change. Piddhi says its not going to happen , she is not going to agree as she is leaving for Canada. Kandyas are shocked, not sure for what though😂
- Suman asks him again what happened. Piddhi says Prerna refused to forgive him and returning to Canada, si he us having to go after her. He says, Kandya Parivar for making his life miserable yet again, “ ek baar phir iss parivar ne mere kushiyon pe grahan laga diya”
Bhabima is watching, I mean stalking all this from the kitchen and Shweta is stalking from the other side. I don’t see any difference between the 2😂
- Prerna calls her parents to tell them she is returning, her mother asks her about Krish. Prerna says she doesn’t want to talk about it and stops her mother from calling Krisuu. After Prerna hangs up, her mother asks her father to book their tickets to India. They cannot let the relationship break as they want to make Krisuu, their ghar jamai😂
Back at Kandya Niwas - Shuvank is enjoying the tamasha
- Suman blames Krish for his bewakoofi instead he is blaming other family members.
- Shiva goes after him, shouts at him how can he say that the family is out to destroy his happiness, is he calling them all Rahu- Ketu (since Krish me tioned grahan) . Shiva is about to hit him but Gombi stops him and pulls Krish away. Krish starts shouting that there is no solution to any of the problems in that house and everything will result on maar-peet and tells Gombi to hit him. Gautam calms him down. Krish goes to Shiva, asks to hit him but Shiva says he can’t do it,
Shweta is enjoying the showdown. Bhabima is about to go to the aangan but she remembers Shweta’s words from yesterday’s episode how no one cares for her, they are all her enemies just like they are Shweta’s enemies. Bhabima decides not to interfere, continues to make her chai.
- Suman is crying and asking why her family is going through something or the other. Gautam trues to stop Krish but he blames the family for not supporting him and not stopping Prerna. They all like to see him cry but no one is helping him and trying to stop Prerna. He says it was a mistake that he didn’t do on purpose, says Shweta did zabardasti on him, he was intoxicated, no one seem to understand.
Basically Piddhi blaming others for all his miseries even his marriage with Shweta. just like how they are whitewashing Bja ima, Sgweta, tgey are whitewashing Piddhi too. He has deflected all the blame on Kandyas. Gautam explains to him why they couldn’t go because of the situation but he is not agreeing. He looks for his PP and says can’t find it. Rishita asks him to check his room once again, cupboard , probs ly it fell somewhere on the floor. Krish goes to check.Meantime Shiva goes to convince Bhabima to stop Piddhi from leaving, even switches off the stove, asks her if she has lost her mind, if her screw is deela but she shouts at Shuva and tells him she doesn’t know any Krish, because her bacche won’t leave her and go, Shiva tries to make her understand but she asks him to leave the kitchen. He turns in the stove, puts the kettle, sarcastically told her to continue making her chai.
There was back and forth argument, Krish blames Kandyas for hiding his PP. Suman gets offended, takes him to her room first to search and throws her clothes to show him that she doesn’t have it. He walks out and goes to the aangan, again blames the Kandya parivar for stealing his PP because they have done similar things in the past when Bhabima plots and planS, right after this Tea slurping happens.
At the hotel- Prerna cannot find her PP, looks all over the room. Later she comes to Kandya Niwas and accuses Krish of stealing the PP and warns him to give it back to her.. Krish tells her he too lost his PP but she is not ready to believe. Suman asks if she us also going to accuse them of stealing her PP as well. Prerna anyway gives a warning to Pidhhi -asking him to return her PP else threatening to go to the Police and walks away.
In all this Shiva thinks Canada is near Somnath and asks what a PP is to Rishita. She says its far far away, countries, countries jaana hai - The made this into a comedy🙄
Shuvank quietly slips away when Prerna us walking in and goes to Shweta, shows her Krush and Prerna’s stolen PP and both plan their next move, Shweta comes up with fame money and money laundering charges on Prerna, so she can be deported, cannot India ever. Their scene was for about 5 minutes - update given separately
Finally Shiva - Raavi scene was 50 secs🙄- update guven separately.
BTW, I always thought you need a PP number to book International Flights, that’s what I have been doing fir the past 22 years. I guess Piddhi and Dhara 2.0 are flying back on Royal Canadian Airforce aircraft with a special permission from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau😂😂
This show continues to be a mental and physical pain. Literally got a headache reading the first para. There is no progression to any characters at all. Why is this still airing?🐷

Shiva is not important enough to be present in the function. And as per his story he is not going to be there for Falguni Pathak's shoot.. No wonder he is the lead of the show in his dreams.
Bhabhi's activities will soon be glorified henceforth elevating the height of her throne in the to be built Dhara Mata Mandir. No body will remember even a bit of raitaas she has failaoed till date.
Shiva is normal for everyone, hence nobody bothers for him besides Raavi. Yesterday he asked her if she is married to Dev and I won't be surprised if they make it a comedy instead of seriously addressing the issue. Shiva might throw Raavi out when he gets to know she isn't married to Dev so Raavi might not tell the truth. Anyways Shivi is out of focus as always.
Suman invited Prerna to sleep in her room but did not even bothered about Raavi.
All in all zero expectations is the only way out to deal with this. However it is easier said than done. And I might get irritated time and again.
