One thing is to say “ Virat is being dumb because he is …” and you explain the reason! You are not name calling him! It’s your opinion. It’s fine.

Another thing is to say…”Dumb is playing with Sai’s heart again” or “ Nalla is doing dumb things” This is not allowed. You are doing name calling here
