I know phir se jaha jayega that I am on the same line but I need to make this clear intentionally or unintentionally kisi ek gender ko generalize mat karo it looks wrong. Saying "boys don't understand","understanding of male species is depleting" is actually generalising a whole gender for one thing. I accept that you do it unintentionally but unintentionally also such statements can hurt anyone. I know you would say I am overreacting but I feel this is wrong. I even clash with my friends when they generalize female because I think such statements generalising a particular gender for something looks wrong and can hurt anyone. I had no intention to insult anyone just wanted to make this thing clear thank you😊

No you're not.

Sometimes people end up assigning meanings to texts that were not intended by the original poster because at the end of the day, we're all reading one another's posts and a lot social cues like body language and tone of the sender don't make it through to the receiver. Galti dono ki nahi hai but emotions can get the better of us.
