Totally agree both Akshara and Abhimanyu are shiftfest when together. Both of them never try to understand each others point of view, never try to come to common ground or agree on anything. Plus Abhimanyu has lot of family influence in his personal decisions which should not happen for a marriage to work. He is a manchild who dances on tunes of his family without using his own damn brain.

The way he was listening silently to Akshu, I don't think he will file for custody. At least I hope he won't put Abhir and Abhinav through that trauma. It will most probably be Manjari's doing. Who knows, he might even go against his mother for once and testify in favor of AkshNav. That will be his ultimate redemption.

I am thinking about Abhinav s reaction during whole fiasco

I don't think Akshara needs to apologise... She was thrown out from their life as per their convenience, they didn't even bother to listen to her... Also she did call him when she got to know that the baby is alive, Abhimanyu is the one who didn't listen.. what will she do?! If Abhinav was not with Akshu, then Abhir wouldn't be alive now! So imo the first haq is for Abhinav, not the biological dad who did not bother to even check with her during such complicated pregnancy/delivery... Bcoz of Abhinav only Abhimanyu can see his child!

To think that Abhimanyu was scared that Akshara will choose him over her family. When time and again he has shown that his family means more than akshara to him. That is another reason he should only get visiting rights and not custody of Abhir. Imagine if Manjari wants abhi to give more importance to Ruhi. He will forget about his junior and please mommy. The relationship between Manjari and abhi borders on unhealthy. I am all for loving your mom but you cannot become her puppet. Also I have a son and I love him more than the world but I know when he will get married his wife will be first priority and I should stay out. That’s how it should be. Parents will always love their kids but we need to let them go to live their own life. Manjari never had a good married life and it’s like she is determined that Abhimanyu should not have one either. I agree with most people on here that Manjari will file a custody case egged on by that vile Arohi. I am hoping harsh comes and testifies against his wife and tells everyone that she hid his sons identity too. Abhir at least had a good life with Abhinav. Neil was treated so shabbily by his family.

Also yes abhi and akshara together are terrible. They fell in lust with each other and were infatuated with each other. They never even made an effort to understand each other. She was all about living for others and he wanted her to listen to everything he said. The lack of communication was so frustrating. Which is why they should have got divorced after the first time itself. Abhi actually needs someone who has a personality like mahima or shefali. Some one who could stand up for themselves. Actually scratch that. He will never be happy because mommy will always get in the way. Leave your mom abhi!!!! Live for yourself once. I am sure he is at least in his mid thirties in the show. High time he cut the apron strings

You can always fight your own case in a court.

So,obviously if not initially, but sooner or later she will herself be her own lawyer, that's why they are showing her studying law.

Why will arohi want abhir in birla house agar mj custody file karegi toh khud se uske dimag mei yeh idea aayega but then grandmother can't file the custody.
