She was probably in her last semester or last year. In E4, we see Saba and Rohail talking in their college campus about how they haven't heard from Merub since Murtasim dragged her away from the birthday part. This scene is after Merub had her car accident. Merub was already in Hyderabad in this episode and never goes back to Karachi again except for that one night when her foster parents do not let her in. She gets married soon after. Hence, she could not have finished her semester or given her exams.

ERGO, she could not have graduated. This makes her a college drop-out because she left in the middle of her semester without getting her degree.

Merub is therefore a full jaahil. McDonalds main bhi usko burger flipping job miljaye to badi baat hai 😡

Koi order karne mein der karde ga to usse allergic burger khilaye gi badle mein, aur aage se Kahi gi 'Jo mere saath hua, main nahi chahti Kisi bhi waiter ke saath ho' aur iss tarah uska har gunah, zulm aur badtameezi maaf hogaya. 😆

The fact that it was all okay for her to fake flirt with him, holding hand and doing some cheesy blanket throwing chuna lagane wala romance , also touching chest slightly to tease ( coz of her own needs....no justification, Clearance, explanations needed)

But murtasim being there, sleeping in that position ( bed par bhi nahi...bed ke niche) ....she questioned him...and expected him to give explanations. Also reacted in that ghatiya way!!! Like he would take her advantage or forcefully do something bad !

I'm just soooooo pissed! What kinda woman card is she playing here???? Woman card it is??? Or "i know your weakness and gonna take full advantages of that" card this is!!!

Both Gaiti and Anmol were not dumb tho, anmol was too dheet but she was not confused, she realized on time she loves him. And Gaiti was also alone, he has only badar with him. After death of her mother, she realized that badar is her only saviour.

It’s sad that he’s putting up with it though.

Is that the pic after the fish poisoning night? That’s the first time I remember him truly happy because he realised at the very least that she didn’t want him dead. That was enough of a lifeline for him to cling onto the fact that his love still had a chance.

Lately though, her insensitivity has been hurting him and it makes me cross. Surely she should know him by now? She must understand that she’s causing him pain by her aloofness to him?
Either she is in La La Land and pretending that none of the romantic advances from him affected her at all or the writer has just got fed up of her character and making her detached from what’s really happening in their marriage. 😕
