I did try and learn swimming but I couldn’t continue my classes for some reasons 😆 So I only learnt floating. But it was such a mess. I got horribly tanned due to all that chlorine. I had to take at least 3 showers a day and I had to shampoo my hair everyday! I should have learnt it as a kid only! Also the more you grow up the more you become fearful of water!

I too can't swim and mere to ghar k piche hi Ganges river hai 😅 never been to swimming classes though I feel one should learn it and you're right the more we grow up the more we become fearful of water.
