Usually I won't mind vamps scenes unless their acting sucks.

They change the sheets every episode

They put all the continuity, brain power, money, creativity, effort in making sure sheets are changed, they are right colour, sophisticated fabric. How the bed looks is very very very critical to plot, it is the most important non speaking character in this show, it gets more screen presence than anything or anyone else.
