Not that age matters when you can play a variety of roles but actresses like her, Ayesha Omar are all well above 40. Saba too. But look at the scripts saba chooses! Fun ones. I don't know why we have to pretend that we don't age! Are we deaD after 40 ? 😆

Look at hadiqa, look at Sania playing strong content roles with a back story for the women they portray. Look at tabu. She's phenomenal. These are artists women should aspire to be.

Wahaj also has the boyish look. He looks like 24 instead of 34. Bring murtasim with muche helps 😆

I could almost swear that some years ago Mehwish Hayat's DOB was 1983. Does anyone else remember or is it my delusion?

No, you're not delusional. But don't you know that only we age not the actresses. They always remain under 40. In the 90s it was required that they remain under 30 and flirty.😆

When I was a kid these ladies already started their careers. They're well into their early 40s. It irks me with the age thing like why do that? But maybe the ambiguity helps with the sexist directors and producers not being sure because if they were then they wouldn't be cast? I feel this falls on the actresses completely. Let your work do the talking! Do variety of roles and then age and face won't matter much. It's sad to see. Desis do this so much abroad lol when they come. People born outside can't do it so one can only watch people lie on documents 🤣

I think the lying about their age probably starts early.

With some of these actresses who are married to actors and their dating history is common knowledge as is the age of their spouse, if you do the math, they would be quiet underage and the guy would be in his 20s when they started dating. Like, by this math, Ayeza would be 16 when she started dating Danish who would have been 24. Seriously how old was she went they met - since they met on Orkut which is pre-Facebook, I feel creeped out already. Aiman-Muneeb would be another example like that. Either we have too many pedo relationships in showbiz or these people were clearly older when they met or started dating.

All of them are looking younger except Shanawaz Khan. The makers forgot that it was 20+ years back and Shanawaz should not look older. I already mentioned about Shanawaz being older in this episode in one of my posts before.
