if it was logical, Akshara can show two doctors approving the travel (one being the doc in us she’s taking her child to and one being dr. Aarohi from Birla hospital). Abhimanyu is merely denying it because of his personal bond with Abhir, this has nothing to do with his professionalism as a doctor.

Also Abhimanyu does not have any legal rights on Abhir as of right now because he has been out of the picture so he can’t make any decisions until he gets those rights from the court.

Akshu knows how arohi is. She also got doubt that arohi's behaviour has changedm but she is ignoring everything just because she also want to leave udaipur for abhir's treatment she just accepted without giving 2nd thoughts. There are witnesses for Arohi giving her recommendation and there is a file as well with doctor recos from Birla hospital .. of course Birlas can deny that they never did it .. but the file is there .. mother didn’t decide to have the kid for herself just like that right ? Father threw the mother out at her wurst and didn’t bother to even pick or return her calls or listen to her .. mother has reasons for not letting the father know .. whatever be his reasons for being the way he was .. she went through the hardships by herself and he broke her .. now it is called selfish if she is not letting the father know ? While it would have been nice if other than thd I love you .. while I do want them to come back together .. Akshara has a lot more right in the child and this situation wa created by Birlas and Abhimanyu .. now if they try to paint her as villain that is not done and not fair either ..

Pre leap Abhi was made into a villain and now Akshara is made into a villain. Logically Akshara should have told Abhi about Abhir when Abhi came to Kasauli. There was a simple solution to this problem. He also knows very well how risky it is for Abhir to make that trip. Any decent parent to go to any extent to stop that. If she was not leaving he wouldn’t now have said it. It’s AR who has brainwashed them into leaving. Besides we will have to wait and see.

I think if there was one thing everyone agreed on, that would be Abhimanyu’s right to know he has a biological son. Wether she had made more efforts by conveying it through the Goenkas or by telling him when they met in Kasauli. Akshara has always been worried that her child will be taken away from her but she deep down knew she’ll have to face this one day. Again, there’s no defense for her not telling the truth because Abhimanyu can be the worst person walking in this planet, yet he deserves to know.

exactly!! In fact she would have an upper hand in the court if she had told him earlier. She could have said I contacted him when I found out that one twin lived and despite him saying he does not want anything to do with me or my kid, I still informed him that he has a son when the child was born. He has been emotionally abusive and threw me out and his house is full of emotional abusers and my son deserves better so I deserve full custody and Abhi would not have a leg to stand on. As it stands right now not only is she hiding she is insulting him and demeaning him

I don't understand why suddenly everyone thinks he has a right to know about abhir, even those that say he abused Akshara. Is this an asian specific desi mentality. Here in the west when marriages end on charges of domestic violence, the abuser loses rights to the child, that is it case closed, if there are visitation rights they will be strictly monitored. Akshara marriage ended on domestic violence, from then on her children are hers alone, and belong to her current Abhinav. Look at what happened to Bradpitt and Angelina Jolie, he is not even a serial abuser, had one bad drunken incident, that was enough for him to lose custody of all his 6 kids, and it was very hard for him to see the kids again and it took years for him to see them without a court order. Mental Dr. is a serial abuser and you guys think he is fit to be around children, if he was a good parent then poor roohi wouldn't feel so neglected and feel so insecure.

I am not saying that he should get custody but even here the dads are usually told. To me it’s the right thing to do. You are absolutely right in stating that he does not deserve the kid simply because of how he threw the mother out. In the show it would have put Akshara at a major advantage

Tell me what will he do after he is told. Like take your best guess. Is he going to be reasonable and let this child be at peace, no it will be tug of war. I am not saying children cannot have multiple parents from multiple marriages, hands up here who thinks this guy has that maturity.
