For O+ Blood Group either both parents should have O+ Blood Group or they could have either AO or BO blood groups. But if a parent has AB blood group then their child can’t have O+ as their blood group

no in anger and stress Akshara always says mera beta to abhinav, only other time she is normal she says harmara to abhinav, here also in stress she told Abhimanyu hamara beta,in stress unconsciously she blurts out hamara to abhi

The sentence was phrased in a manner where Abhimanyu was 3rd person, if he was included in "Hamara" then it wouldn't have been followed by "What if it was your son?"

Ya no way he’s going to put 2 n 2 together - it’s a stretch.
