I am sure even PH is very well aware of that not Abhinav character but current promos make people anxious and attracts people to watch assuming that Abhir truth will reveal soon.

I think this will work for couple of more weeks and when actual it happens there will not be any excitement

Honestly, my POV

Abhir scenes have more Impact. Abhi with Abhir or Abhir with Akshu!

As per ph yesterday story abhi will soon find out about the truth right.If thats the case then how he is proceeding with the wedding?.like he will definitely have thoughts right to go ahead or not and the actress who play surekha role I saw her insta story she is dressed up and i think it's for pre wedding function i guess. So i feel abhi has not find out about the truth or i feel yesterday story is about something else or any dream. Also now all those Sharma family going to USA i think all this things are connected. Varna aise Achanak se bhejne ka koi matlab nhi yes even though Abhi will stop them. And also now jhadu knows the truth so next abhi has to know and then family. Family or abhi ko sath nhi alag pata chalna chahiye so that we can get a good confrontation between abhira.

here is a theory, many here know I am very good at coming up with stupidest theories that never come true.

AR on her way to Goenkas meets Parth. She may or may not share Abhir's truth but will share her concern about Abhira. Right now Parth hates AB and wants a way to get back at him. He will be the one to give her the US plan and also tells her to make sure she keeps AB busy so he doesnt get to the hospital in time. In return AR promises to help get him back to birla house.

AR will use Ruhi and keep AB busy and is therefore very happy announcing AB will not be coming to the hospital. Navmaa has an outburst and AB in his anger may say if they dont have trust in his loyalty to his profession they are welcome to go elsewhere or AR uses this opportunity to encourage Navra to go to the US and may even get them in touch with the doctors.

Navra may reject or accept financial assistance from KV/goenkas or who knows AR may be so famous that even doctors in US agree to sponsor saying it is a rare condition and they want to take that as a challenge. Navra decide to go back to Kasauli and perhaps to pack up or sell their house for the money if they have rejected other offers.

In the meantime, AB finally sees a blood report or something and finds out the truth and rushes to Kasauli. Have already predicted what happens in another post.

Oh God, reading what I have just written, I know why I never scored high in story writing🤣
