She doesn't properly create boundaries with Rohail, something which Murtasim has at least done for Haya.

Meerab's trust issues theory isn't relevant anymore after seeing her blindly trust everyone, even anas, right after just one meeting. I don't know what Murtasim has to do anymore to gain her trust because other's earned it too easily without doing even a bare minimum.

She could have easily went with her fathers not caring to see murtasim, but she wanted to stay for him, meet him, show her gratitude.

It looks like you missed the scenes where she felt guilty for bullet scene, cried, tried to make it up for him by cooking food, only when he dragged nyla by claiming izzat, she lost her cool and fought with him.

@Italic She didn't apologize because she didn't do anything like murtasim thinking. Murtasim thought she went to karachi to meet rohail which is untrue.

If she wants to prove her character to maintain her ego, then why didn't she do the same with her fake fathers? Why she wanted to give explanation only to murtasim

U think she was ready to jump for her ego? If it was old meerab she would have told him to go to hell instead of doing such stunt.

Meerab will believe anyone easily except khan family. Because she hated them since her childhood. Years of hate won't get vanished in months.

Regarding maintaining boundaries. Murtasim crossed his boundaries the moment he let haya sit on his bed and feed him. So nothing can beat that for me.

Plus, most importantly that mustache Wahaj has as Murtasim literally makes him too ... emm hot 😆 Add the color contrast between them - his slightly darker shade against her whiter than milk complexion. The costumes and the characters themselves M and M - two good looking people tend to create that chemistry inevitably.

I want to see Meerab and Murtasim confessing their feelings for each other and how much they mean to each other in the last episode.

How can she not see that? Having trouble with that last episode because of this disconnect.

I resonate with your views ditto ditto . Last episode was such a dampener for my spirits. It snapped something in me which has totally resulted in my loss of enthusiasm levels in this show and I was so happy tho know that Hasan Chaudhry felt the same too. It means there was indeed something in it that has done this to the fans.
Meerab is coming across more and more with each episode as a cold , dumb and insensitive person. Who in their sane mind would let the boy put ring in girls hand without doing any background check on him ? Just because he uttered some cheesy dialogues ? That way toh Murtasum has been bending backwards ever since they got married then HOW COME she can’t see that ?

I think so love is there, but yes inconsistency is big issue. Sometimes she behaves like she is in love with him but next moment she starts behaving like murtu does not exist.

Like in last episode, when she was having a convo with mariyam, she said that love is not there in their's (her and murtu) marriage. Like seriously, murtu has done everything to make her believe on his love.

In meerab's case her ego is more than her love for murtu, the day she will put aside her ego and then she will be able to understand her love for him and his love for her. Till now everytime she feels something for murtu, her ego comes in between and she stops herself.

Oh my God !! This clearly shows that they have been married and had their consummation too. Maryam is without a dupatta and the kind of look she gives to Murtasum clearly says all. I would 100% blame Meerab if this happens. It was her stupidity that led to it . She could have stopped it had she had brains. I know ppl here will blame Haya for it but I would hold more Meerab less Haya responsibe. Haya has always had her agenda clear from the beginning ( that is to get Murtsum) , she is trampling anyone coming in her way but WTH is Meerab doing . Just showing her idiocity due to her mighty ego.
